30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and protective materials.
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damaged item, or an error on our part, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Aromans is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Products marked as non-returnable.
  • Items that have been worn, altered, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the item.
  • Photos of the shipping package.

We’ll review your request promptly and provide an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund when applicable.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged products. If you would like a different style or color, simply return your eligible item and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have entered processing or shipping.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
